PepsiCo takes huge stake in Russia's Wimm Bill Dann
PepsiCo has taken to acquire in Russia's leading dairy, juice and baby food company Wimm-Bill-Dann for an estimated $US5,400 million. It is reported that PepsiCo is expected to complete the acquisition in two stages, a 66% stake for $US3,800 million initially, followed by the remaining shares in the company once regulatory approval is received.
