Bongrain Enters Culinary Grated Cheese Segment
French dairy firm Bongrain, a majority shareholder in the Italian company Giovanni Ferrari , enters the culinary grated cheese market with the launch of products under the Italian brand. Grated cheese segment represents around 20% of total cheese volume sales in France.
