Growth Slows at Bel Group
Fromageries Bel Group admitted that 2011 operating margin will be lower than expected. The French cheese manufacturer’s Q3 sales dropped 18.1% in Eastern Europe and 12.5% in the Middle East. Despite the setbacks, YTD September 2011 Bel’s consolidated sales rose 3.7% compared to the same period in 2010.
