DMK and DOC Kaas plan merger
German Deutsches Milchkontor (DMK) and Dutch Drents-Overijsselse Coöperatie Kaas BA (DOC Kaas) have announced their intention to merge their business operations. CEO of DMK, Josef Schwaiger, stressed the importance to combine forces in order to open up key non-European markets. A final decision is due to be made in the next few weeks.
