Kaiku Acquires 45% of CLM-Vitalait
Spanish dairy Kaiku announced the acquisition of 45% of Tunisian dairy CLM-Vitalait. CLM-Vitalait, which holds a 20% share of the Tunisian dairy market, will benefit from Kaiku’s experience and its main shareholder Emmi.
