Nestlé and Fonterra expand Dairy Partners Americas JV to Chile
Nestlé and Fonterra announced the agreement to establish a joint venture for chilled and liquid dairy products in Chile between the local subsidiaries Nestlé Chile S.A. and Soprole S.A. The new venture, subject to regulatory approval, is to market liquid milks, yogurts, cheese, cream, butter and margarine.
